Last week I went for my first appointment to see the Dr. When I went in he thought I was further along then I thought I was. So he ordered an ultrasound. I got way too excited to think I was a month further then I thought. Looking 6 months prego, and only a little over 3 is a little depressing. I thought maybe I would have an excuse for the over sized tummy.....NOPE!! I was right due date is still set for Sept. 5th. He does let me schedule my c-sections 2 weeks early. Looks like another August baby.
The ultrasound tech said it was a little early to be sure, but gave me her opinion on what I was having. She made me promise her not to run out and buy! I did ask her if she has ever been wrong before. She said she normally doesn't give people her opinions this early on, but she was almost positive and explained her reasons!!! So without sounding like an idiot, should I announce and hope she isn't wrong, or should I wait and fill everyone in on the next ultrasound?????

i have to say i was thinking the same as steph!! but it is definately one (thank goodness right??)i just read your comments on mine and i too was hoping to never have a broken bone ,but i thought if i was going to have to that surely it would be due to some sport injury or skateboarding. but nope! for me it was my 2 year old baby jumping off his bed!! i am sure with 4 boys tho its bound to happen again. anyway kalene is doing great she has 1 boy and 2 little girls who are just adorable, of course i am totally in love with them being that i dont have any.and do tell girl or boy???
So how many weeks are you? I think you should tell too. Then we will all know how good the ultrasound tech is :0)

OK, but if she is wrong, no pointing fingers at me!!! She said it's a .......GIRL! I did want a sister for Taryn, but those of you who have met Taryn know that there is NO WAY I could possibly handle more then ONE!! The first thing I thought when she said girl, was I wonder if she will have white hair like Taryn. Could that really happen twice??
